How to Connect Audio on WebEx

Using a computer
1) After registering for the webinar, you should have received a confirmation email message from messenger@webex.com. Click on the link to the webinar from the confirmation email you’ve received or copy and paste the link in your browser.
2) The Session Information page will open. On the Session Information page, complete the “Your name” box with your full name, the “Email address” box with your email address and the “Session password” box with the password sent in the confirmation email if it is not automatically completed.
3) The Session window will start loading. WebEx sessions are opened using Java, which must be installed and enabled for your browser. If enabled, it will automatically install and launch the WebEx application. However, this automatic process may take a few minutes. For information on how to enable JAVA, click here.
4) The webinar’s sesión will open. In the right you will see your name in the attendees’ list.
5) The audio window will open. Click on Call Using Computer.
6) If you want to test or change your microphone and speaker, please click on Test microphone/speaker and choose the ones you will use from the dropdown menú. Click on Test to test them.
8) If the Audio window closed, you can open it again by clicking in the Audio button below the list of panlists and attendees and above the chat box. You can also click on Audio in the main menu in the upper side of the session.
9) Attendees will be muted throughout the session but can use the chat box for questions on the presentations or if they need help to connect audio.
Toll free number call in

7) During the call, you will be asked for the Access code and your ID which appear on the Audio window. Enter them with the numbers from your phone.
8) If the Audio window closed, you can open it again by clicking in the Audio button below the list of panlists and attendees and above the chat box. You can also click on Audio in the main menu in the upper side of the session.
