The Climate and Health Alliance, HCWH’s strategic partner in Australia, is co-organizing the Healthy Hospitals: Healthy Planet Forum that will take place 21-22 May in Melbourne, Australia.

The forum will examine the big picture changes needed within the countries’ health care system to address and become resilient to climate change, as well as what can be done in individual hospitals and health services to reduce health care’s environmental impacts.

Dr David Pencheon OBE, founder and director of the National Health Service’s Sustainable Development Unit in the UK, will deliver a keynote address. GGHH members will also be in attendance presenting case studies on their successful programs.
