India | GGHH Member Launches Radio Advisories on Air Pollution and Health

What if, along with the traffic and weather updates on the radio, you could also learn about the current air quality and how it affects your health? In a first of its kind effort in Tamil Nadu, GGHH member in India, Huma Lung Foundation (HLF) in collaboration with Fever FM 91.9 are providing “Air Check” – air quality and health updates to the city of Chennai through its popular daily show Lose Control and on HLF’s website.

South Africa | 2017 GGHH Members’ Meeting

On the 4th and 5th of September 2017, GGHH members in South Africa gathered in Johannesburg to collectively review their progress in reaching their respective sustainability goals and develop three year implementation strategies for their respective health institution. These hospitals play an integral role to inspire other institutions in South Africa to focus on sustainability and prepare to stand resilient in the fact of a changing climate.
